License #

SigmaDocs, the React.js Documentation CMS, is distributed exclusively through Envato Market (CodeCanyon) and is governed by Envato's standard licensing terms. By purchasing and using SigmaDocs, you agree to the applicable license selected at the time of purchase.

License Types #

SigmaDocs is available under two license types, in line with Envato's standard licensing structure for CodeCanyon items.

Regular License #

The Regular License allows you to use SigmaDocs in a single end product, which is available to end users for free.

• One installation per license, for a single project or website.
• The end product must be free to access and use by your end users.
• Ideal for personal projects, internal documentation sites, and non-commercial deployments.

Extended License #

The Extended License allows you to use SigmaDocs in a single end product where end users are charged for access.

• One installation per license, for a single project or website.
• Permitted when the end product is sold, subscription-based, or otherwise monetized.
• Required for SaaS products, client projects billed to end users, or any commercial documentation platform built on SigmaDocs.

What Is Included #

• Full source code of the SigmaDocs CMS (React.js frontend and backend).
• Access to documentation and setup guides.
• Support period as specified on the item page (support is sold separately from the license and may be extended).
• Future updates to the item, subject to Envato's update policy for the item.

What Is Not Permitted #

Regardless of license type, the following uses are not permitted under Envato's licensing terms:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing SigmaDocs, its source code, or any derivative in a way that competes with the original item on Envato Market.
• Using a single license across multiple unrelated end products or client projects.
• Uploading SigmaDocs, in original or modified form, to any other marketplace, template store, or public repository.
• Removing or misrepresenting authorship, licensing terms, or purchase code requirements.
• Using the item to build a competing documentation CMS product intended for resale.

Multiple Projects #

Each license (Regular or Extended) covers a single end product. If you intend to use SigmaDocs across multiple separate projects, websites, or clients, a separate license must be purchased for each one.

Modifications and Customization #

You are permitted to modify the SigmaDocs source code to fit the needs of your licensed project. However, any modified version remains subject to the same license restrictions and cannot be redistributed or resold independently of the original item.

Support and Updates #

Item support, if purchased, covers help with bugs, installation issues, and questions about intended functionality. It does not cover custom development, third-party integrations, or modifications made to the core codebase.

Updates are provided periodically and are accessible through your Envato account for as long as your license remains valid and in accordance with Envato's update policy.
